MTT produces low-voltage distribution and control panels in own workshop at the Plant. It combines automated production technology with workmanship of the highest quality. Our goal is always the same: deliver the boards with documented safety, high precision and a short delivery time – from the prototype to serial production.

Our manufacturing process

We follow a structured and digitized production processes, closely integrated with the engineering and documentation.

Planning and preparation

All production is planned and managed digitally based on approved engineering documentation. Parts lists, labeling lists, and wiring information are transferred directly to production, ensuring the correct materials, fewer errors, and full traceability throughout the entire manufacturing process.

Automated wiring and assembly production

  • We use automated and precise production tool for efficient and repeatable switchboard assembly:
  • Automated wire production and labeling for high quality and consistent workmanship
  • Precise machining of enclosures and enclosures
  • The engraving and marking of plates, components, and label plate
  • Increased accuracy and traceability – reduced assembly time and failure rate

Assembly and testing

Our installers build cabinets and boards for standardized work processes and documented procedures. Each delivery undergoes a visual inspection, linjetest, insulation resistance test and function test before further verification and BARREL.

FAT – Factory U Test

Together with the customer to verify we functionality, documentation, and compliance with NEK 439 and customer-specific requirements.
FAT implemented in dedicated test area with the necessary power and communications configuration

Quality assurance and delivery

Finished boards are prepared, packed and delivered according to the agreed requirements. All FDV-, test - and samsvarsdokumentasjon are stored digitally and are made available for the customer – as the basis for the safe operation, maintenance and revision.
