Copper
Our copper busbar machining department uses modern CNC machines to produce high quality components for various electrical applications. We have a group of experienced operators and engineers who ensure that all requirements and specifications are met.
Our CNC machines give us the opportunity to carry out precise and complex cutting, punching and bending operations on copper rails with high precision in a short time. We can produce a variety of different sizes of copper busbars to suit most applications, from small control panels to large power distribution systems.

Metal
We have the following machinery for processing and machining steel/Aluminium/Stainless/Acid-resistant material:
- CNC sheet metal shears
- CNC Edge breaker
- CNC Multicam 3000 milling table
- CNC mill for machining up to 10mm steel and 5mm stainless/acid-fast
Mechanical machining
We offer mechanical machining in addition to machining for our own production. We can process steel plates, doors and entire boards in our CNC mill. The milling cutter has the following options:

- Drilling
- Threading up to M63
- Rough engraving on surface
Mechanical machining
- Finished perforated and threaded nipple plates
- Brackets
- Finished milled doors for panel solutions
- Mounting plates, also pre-drilled and threaded if desired

Plastic
Our CNC machine park also gives us the opportunity to produce various products in plastic, lexan and plexi. Some examples of what we produce:
