The Openness Act is a law that promotes businesses' respect for basic human rights and decent working conditions, and ensures the public's access to information. In this act, businesses are required to provide information and to carry out due diligence assessments that must be explained in a report that must be made public. The obligation to provide information applies from when the law entered into force on 1 July 2022. The account of the due diligence assessment must be published no later than 30 June 2023.
