The Komax Alpha 433 wire crimping machine is a CNC-controlled device for processing wires. By defining the routing, cross-sectional area and connections in our drawings, the software automatically generates lengths, marks the wire and fits the required ferrules, lugs or other terminal points. The machine can also be programmed manually, or it can be fed Excel lists.
It has a capacity of up to 7 metres per second and can process cross sections between 0.25 and 16 mm2. This makes production of cable conductors highly efficient and ensures outstanding quality. We are able to document pressure on lugs and ferrules – data that is proving increasingly important in our industry.
The same machine is used by the automotive industry to manufacture wiring for cars.
